Since our inception we have been actively involved in the public and private sectors and have maintained this dual culture. As a European law firm, we also have a strong international presence, especially in the Arab world and China.

We advise our clients on all their legal matters. We negotiate and draft all types of legal instrument and agreement. We represent them in all their contentious matters. We act for the administrative authorities in proceedings before national and supranational courts and arbitral tribunals, both ad hoc and established under French, foreign or international judicial institutions (ICC, LCIA, CIETAC, Swiss chambers' court of arbitration, ICSID, Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, Cairo Center of Arbitration), where many of our members are also called on to perform the role of arbitrators.
